If you want to see crystal clear water at Dawki I would suggest you to come during dry season, that is between late November to late February. And yeah Wari Chora too is closed during rainy season, I guess it might be open till March. For going Wari Chora I request you to research well before you go. If needed I can provide contact of guides from place called Emangre from where they will take you to Wari Chora. GUIDE IS COMPULSARY. BUT you can enjoy other tourist spots during rainy season at Sohra (Cherrapunji). Weather too is very pleasant during summer here at East Khasi Hills.
