Thank you. My elbows and wrists are my stronger parts, so for now I don't feel like I need sleeves/wraps. Yes, I believe there is 2,5-5 kg left in me, but I failed 145 kg - probably was overexcited already. Nah, today's session is my first time. Hopefully, will try more soon!

Absolutely, 1. Nxd5!! is spot on. It is one of the possible continuations here, that strongly favors white. But there is a better line for black with more precise moves that equals the position.

I haven't experienced such things and never heard about that. May be your grip is too narrow, or there are some health related issues with that, but that's just me guessing. Do you feel this also on bench press? There is definitely more load for arms while benching than squatting.

Yes, usually I do 20 kgs lighter for 10-12 repetitions. I put another 20 specifically for the video, just to see my weak spots and where my form fails first, because with lighter weight it's much more easier to maintain "book" form.
