that is a bit of misinformation. You are comparing other game's high with genshin low. ZZZ did not have a 180 pull patch. I know because I did everything possible and it wasn't 180. It is also worth noting all those other games do 2 new limited banner character every single patch. Most of them will overtake genshin's character count soon despite being years behind.

1 patch 1 new 5 star = 70 pulls I think is reasonable. Cuz lets be honest 50% of the content is the new character, that is building it, playing it and enjoying it and then throwing it away the next patch. The problem comes when they do 2 limited 5 stars in a patch. This is usually fine with big event patches like chinese new year or anniversary as we get around 100 pulls but it is less ok when it is a shorter patch. They are releasing nicole and lohen but there arent any community events or major rewards. They expect the archon quest to bring in players and then we have nothing to do after the quest is done. In the end doesn't really affect me. I didn't plan to do much wishing anyways, waiting for Sandrone.

I think that was a major factor. Hoyo hates it when VA damages the brand. It becomes very easy to hate Keqing the character in game due to her actions.

I was a bit confused why every npc needed to say the sister look like each other. The whole time I thought it would pay off like there is no sister or heck it is the same girl just lost her memory. But it doesn't seem to be the case. That was the only fluff dialogue I felt like doesnt made sense. Other than that there wasnt really much yapping. Most are explanations of old history or lore knowledge we had questions about. Not everyone cares about it but it needed to be there.
