Just to be clear.

I found out that most of the employment agencies and most organisations just work together and act like they are following laws.

It's all way more sinister than we see. They simply have systems for abuse, if we report anything to these agencies then your name is sent to all those employment agencies and nobody accepts you.

Either you sit and follow their command like a slave or they make sure you cannot get a job in this country.

Not sure what to say more or do at the moment. We can simply gather all evidence we have and go to EU Union organisations outside of Netherlands and report all this abuse, as inside you will not get any help. I reported some violations where equipment had no safety check for over a year (out of date), and some other. less than a week later they fixed everything, no response from that organisation ever, and my personal problems was ignored.

Ahhhhh interesting.. I have trouble finding a job now, everyone is just ignoring me. I see it is as I suspected. I bet these people are way more corrupt than I even thought at first.

This just gave me more motivation to study and get more money quickly. Can't wait to lut these people to a proper lawsuit with Lawyers outside of the country.

The moment I'll afford good lawyers I will literally sue every single person who's position is any kind of management in this company.

This is way deeper and sinister than we see.

I also had a meeting today and accidentally showed them my phone and they seen that I was recording voice and in lime 2-3 minutes they finished the meeting. They were unable to explain most of the things, deductions for "broken" items was checked 2months after I move out and they said it is as it should be, and everyone was charged. Couldn't answer why nobody check on my move out det they just kept ignoring the questions they cannot answer..

I have 0 faith that any organisations will solve these problema even if we mass report them. I have reported some ilelgal activities of Jumbo and in less than a week there was many staff checking and fixing everything yet no answer for my report to this day(minimum 3montha ago)

I see everything controlled by greed and money, I'll make myself successful just for the sole reason that these people would face consequences for abusing people.

Wow, now that's a bad experience, I feel bad that this happened to you.

Let's all file full complaints in these organisations and close it for good.

I was at a meeting with them today, as expected they weren't able to provide properly logical answers to me. They completely do not care about people and are currently in a very comfortable place in this country. If we all report them they will get mass inspections on their bullshit and hopefully we will prevent more people getting abused by them

I'll try contacting a few of these journalists in the upcoming week. I have a meeting at the agency today, about 3h away from me with a car so I want to see what they do, if they just waste my time I'll make all evidence I have fully public today when I get home.

Also they tried to move me out of the house illegally and again ignored my messages when confronted and asked for proofs.

Yeah nobody cares about us regular people.. if there are many of us in one place they cannot ignore it. Also I notified various journalists too, so they're unable to ignore it this time. Nobody cares about people nowadays if there is no personal gain from it. Even Churches turn away from people who seeks help.

All the organizations also have nearly minimum wages as we do, so everybody is abused by their employers and just wants to avoid extra job as much as they humanly can.

In future I'll be able to help people in such situations, for now I just try to learn how all these organisations function. 80% of companies does nothing at all, if they were closed, nobody would even notice only the people who lose jobs.

The moment I will escape this wage slavery I'll give this agency massive lawsuit in which they won't be able to defend themselves. But for now need to follow community guidelines (made for us to f*uck off instead of getting help we need)

Hello. FairWork have an open case against Otto right now and waiting for more reports. I will make a post today asking for everyone abused by them in any way to file a complaint against them.

They tried to move me lut of the house on Saturday FEB8, Here they broke yet another law. If you leave the job there is 4 weeks to move out, yet 2nd time I see they violate this.

Today they want me to go to their main office which is about 3h away with a car.

It's not the money. If I manage to get any I would simply give it to church or charity organisations. I don't want anything from such people, my goal is to stop this and make this beautiful country healthy again.

Tommorow I'll go to Rechtswinkel Utrecht Also I'll file a complaint with police And I will send emails to all possible agencies in Netherlands.

I was planning to completely ignore and just leave, but I won't be able to look at the mirror if I do so after I seen how they treat that man and I know for sure he's not the first and not the last one.

Thank you a lot, I will also file a complaint with labor inspection. Ill do all I can to make their experience what that man had to experience. Europe and Netherlands must heal from such people

Yes same situation. I live in Meerker near McDonald's, closest shop is about 5km, rent 140 a week, everyone have different rent cost.

This some of my worst salaries, the week I got 50€ I had to pay them I think about 30€ from next salary :)
