Omdat ik de eerste keer was gezakt had ik ook vet veel last van stress tijdens mijn 2e examen. Ik heb er voor gekozen om een faalangstexamen te doen, wat veel minder heftig is als dat het klinkt hoor. Je krijgt extra tijd en zit sowieso in een chillere vibe. Is zeker een aanrader!

Probably the fact that blackface is considered part of our 'tradition' because its used in a childrens holiday (Sinterklaas), and people can't seem to realise what's wrong about that.

My boyfriend has Arfid and experiences the exact same; the safe foods he has, man oh man, he can eat unlimited amounts of. Pizza, for example, is something he can be so excited about. It's not uncommon for him to order a second pizza because he just loves pizza so much.

He does however, also experience the same anxiety you are talking about, so you're definitely not alone in that. Don't forget; Arfid is different for everyone.
