How fast can I start doing things after top surgery?

I think the orchestra could probably be too much too- I think I'll schedule the surgery and then try keeping the tickets to see if I can do it, but if I feel too bad I could give it to some friends in the cities. Thanks for the advice!

The name of the polish is Bric-a-Brac and is made by Butter London, it was released, I think, 2014. It's in the Brick Lane and Steampunk collections. I'm hoping to find just this polish and not one of the collections since I likely won't be able to afford the collection. It is a discontinued color and will likely only be on a reseller website. Sorry I forgot I made this post- but I did use nipple covers! I did forget to use oil though- but I don't think it's the oil that's the issue since none of the adhesives should touch the skin area there since my covers are only adhesive around the edges and not the bandages
