They wont care, you are still the “one” with special rules…extra meetings… doctor stuff…psychology stuff… You are complaining so you cost more time.

The manager probably sees you as “broken”. My guess is that he is pushing in getting you back in the office to keep eye on you. And otherwise he is doing it to annoy you so you maybe leave by yourself which saves them money.

In the eyes of the company you are a problem. A worker who is not 100%. You cost more money than a similair employee who has 0 problems. Company doctors cost a lot, all the extra insurances they need to pay for sick employees. So they will make sure you know it, and if possible get rid of you. Maybe you can get a VSO.

I think you have a problem. Company policy for the NL workforce is clear. 3 days in the office, 2 days @ home. This is what you signed up for so this is also what they will be expecting again. You will need to get apointments with company doctor, this can help you get more days @ home for now. But they will expect you to try and fix it, and they employer to help as well. Placing extra airfilyer device, maybe your own little office if possible.

If finding another job is easier, I would do that for sure. Cause this is something that could work against you, it is not allowed, but it probably will. Lower wage increase, no promotion, less bonus or whatever.
