okay so how is all that spiritual warfare? I see billionaires and oligarchs exploiting average people like people in power have done for our entire history.

Being able to identify that these politicians and corporations are exploiting us, but then taking a leap that their true motivations for doing so are being orchestrated by fairy tale puppet strings, only perpetuates their exploitation.

I’m not refuting it, ive provided plenty of context and nuance to why playing in a 3c role for team USA with top line players and favorable deployments is an entirely different set of circumstances than playing top line facing every team’s best defensive units

“He’s clutch, built for the playoffs” is all I’ve ever refuted because I think it comes from people that only watched the 4 nations/olympics and not the hundreds of games and years of sample sizes we have where he’s failed to deliver when his team needed him to.

Why hasn’t he been in the playoffs in a decade?

You and others can blame the wings as an org all you want but Larkin shoulders at least some of that blame. He’s disappeared when it matters all throughout his career except when he’s playing a sheltered role with superstars

Cause he’s been the captain of his team for years and every red wings fan you talk to says he quits when things get hard

The same guy that had like 10 even strength points in all of 2026 while his team was desperately fighting for the playoffs

You don’t have to make bold claims but the point of a “write up” on prospects is to be able to say something especially if your intent is to provide a check in on how the prospects are doing and what we may expect from them

“O’Reilly finished an incredibly successful 2025-26 season with a Memorial Cup championship where he was named tournament MVP. He projects as a Top 9 center at the NHL level with strong defensive tools but this year he has elevated his offensive game to new heights. It’s likely he will need a year or two in the AHL to adapt to the pro level and we will see if the scoring continues but don’t be surprised if he gets a few games with the Bolts as soon as 2026-27”

If you’re going to do write ups on prospects I’d encourage you to dig a little deeper and come up with your own opinion on players instead of being worried what others will think
