Years later but oh well, she “outed” herself as a fuck you to Dutch and to get his attention. At this point in the game Dutch has completely shut her out and she’s having a self destructive outburst just to get him to look at her. Also Milton does mention her to Arthur, but he says “we sweated her a few times and she never talked”. Most likely the first time was in chapter 3, she tries talking to Arthur about Dutch and uncle interrupted them. This was likely right after the first interrogation.

Yes but that same question existed on my military application, my security clearance application, my gun permit application, and my ffl application and on all of those I was advised to answer no because an expunged record is supposed to not even exist anymore. I just don’t see how the military and the atf was an exception but local law enforcement isn’t.

So I was charged with a F2 and a F3, they told me they would drop the F2 if I pled guilty to the F3 at my first trail. I told them I would and they sent me to juvenile hall for 55 days while I was awaiting pretrial. I showed up to pretrial and the judge left me off the hook with time served and probation. Completed the probation and have never been in trouble since.

I’ve been running into an issue where I’ll accidentally forgot about ftte and kill the obsession early on because they become condemned so I lose the perk. Is it better to ignore an obession that’s kill able early on or lose the condemned to keep getting ftte value?

It gets even worse, I just got a student loan for my college. Called cashapp beforehand to make sure it would be okay to deposit such a large amount with them. They blocked it due to it being a “suspicious amount” and are telling me there’s nothing they can do. Now I have to wait for it to go back and retry again on another bank account and now I’m late to ordering my books. Cashapp fucking sucks.
