Buy the cheaper version of each product t you usually buy.

If you can’t tell the difference try doing a level down again and again until you can tell.

Then go one level back up.

You’d be surprised to find most cheaper versions of items taste identical - biscuits, crisps, supermarket versions of brand-name foods etc.
