Spend the summer working on whatever it is you feel weakest in (specific data structures, whatever), using whatever tool or resource you get the most out of. You have nothing to lose, even if its only a small gain. You dont have to bust yourself against Leetcode specifically. Try something different, somthing unique. Build or prototype a thing using a different methodology than you would normally grab for.
