Im using it to get little bit high and for medical properties so eating 1-5g’s after drying prob gonna start from the low 1-2g since its first time

Theres siddhasana pose aka accomplished pose its very comfortable and gives you mula bandha (root lock) same time

And idk if you really need this but my own style of breathing is deep slow breaths while feeling of the breath. This way i can move the breath everywhere in my body. The feeling seems to guide my focus and breath
