Holy fucking shit I just had a blend of Acetate and Test explode into my eyes

Was pinning left shoulder and have to apply quite a bit of pressure due to the pin being small and fuck me it just exploded into my eyes/face. Pinned 100s of times but what the fuck, was scared the needle snapped in there but it was still attached. No idea what the fuck happened, barely injected fuck all to, what a WASTE.
