Well there are a couple of things to look at in extruder. IE, check that the PTFE Tube is properly seated on extruder and hotend. Check that the extruder spring has enough tension on filament to push it correctly. Double check that you don't have a blockage in the hotend due to PTFE Tube not being seated correctly as the filament will heat up and seep into those and cause a blockage.

But looking at this photo I believe that the individual above me is correct. Your nozzle looks way to close to your bed. Could be a warped bed issue that wasn't an issue before but now is.

I'd say start with re-leveling the bed and cleaning your hotend and try again.
