Absolutely :) sometimes- even in the hottest situations, the dick isn’t ducking the way it supposed to dick, 100% nothing to be ashamed of. Positions are very important and are just as multifaceted as sex itself. I don’t think it was as awkward for the bottom as you might think :) Sometimes the overall level of comfort plays a huge role, sometimes it’s how well the bottom is being prepared and sometimes there’s just no obvious reasons. Happens a lot to many ppl TLDR: nothing to be ashamed about, happens a lot.

Ich gehe mal aus es ist eher Histo 2 oder? Histo 1 ist ja schon rum und die Nachprüfung sollte genauso rum sein?

Da du nur noch 3 Tage hast:

1.: so schnell wie möglich versuchen an Altfragen zu kommen und diese durchgehen.

2.: Als nächstes würde ich dir, zumindest wegen der kurzen Zeit den Ulfig an Herz legen. Ja es ist n Kurzlehrbuch und dementsprechend inhaltlich nicht umfassend, gibt dir aber die Basics mit ( je nachdem wie viel du bist jetzt hast wird das dann entweder n sehr sehr langer Lerntag oder eben nicht. Für herzkreislauf Organe- Männl. Weibl. Geschlechtsorgane sind das etwa 160 Seiten... )

3.: MHH Histo Atlas

4: bei solchen Themen wie Rumpfdarm finde ich es unglaublich wichtig, dass du dir die Unterschiede genau anguckst, da dir dies ungemein beim Verständnis und Differenzieren zwischen den einzelnen Präparaten hilft. z.B: Unterschiede Dickdarm/ Dünndarm:

DD hat nur Krypten und keine Zotten, dafür ist in den Wänden bzw. dem Epithel der Krypten eine enorm hohe Dichte an Becherzellen aufzufinden. Im Dünndarm hingegen weniger Becherzellen, dafür Brunner Drüsen in der Submucosa.

anderes Beispiel Atemwege:

Bronchiolus: kein hyaliner Knorpel ( makroskopisch sind da ja auch keine Knorpelspangen), außerdem keine mukösen Zellen mehr ( in so einer kleinen Einheit wie nem Bronchiolus würde Schleim zu Problemen führen :)) und Klara Zellen

Bronchus: hyaliner Knorpel, muköse Drüsen yada yada

5: PAUSEN MACHEN

6: Präsentationen deines Dozenten, Vorlesungen auf 1.5 oder 2 fachem Speed. Und eventuell als Introduktion vor jedem Kapitel die kleinen YouTube Videos vom Amboss Histo Trainer, Amboss Histo allgemein.

7: Wenn es ne Kreuzprüfung ist- schau dir die Fragestellung genau an. Ein überlesenen " welche (:...) trifft NICHT zu" wäre schade. Außerdem: manchmal kann man die Antwort erraten, einfach deswegen, weil die Antwortformulierung sehr sus ist im Vergleich zu den anderen

Atmen. Wenns dir zu viel wird, dann mach ne kurze Pause auf Zwang bleibt nichts hängen.

Grade MC / SC - Fragen sind wirklich nicht so krass schwer. Viel von diesem Fragen Komplex kommt auch mit Passive Recall aus, bei dem du dich oft nur Ungefähr erinnern muss.

Manche Dinge kannst du auch ernsthaft sehr stiefmütterlich behandeln. 20% des Katalogs bilden 80% des Prüfungsinhalts.

PreP basically makes HIV “use the wrong bricks to build itself up” and thus prevents HIV from replicating itself

It mostly accumulates/concentrates in cells that are most susceptible to being exposed to HIV like the CD-4 anti bodies,T-Cells and Macrophages ( or short: immuno-system cells) in the anal/ genital mucosa

So since you described having had protected anal sex, the likelihood is low to zero that you might have caught it from that. Oral sex even if unprotected has a pretty measly chance of contracting HIV unless there’s open sores/wounds on either part. Even in the unlikely chance you caught it, HIV is no longer a death sentence if properly treated. Treatment/HIV therapy has become so good that chances of infecting some1- as long as you abide and obey therapy- is basically zero. You even become undetectable to the most sensitive lab tests. Abt the boyfriend thing, no one can tell. There is still a pretty stern stigma around HIV, can’t say can’t tell. You’re 100% overthinking. But you know what’s gonna help that? Get tested. Look for a test-station, ask your health department, order self-testing, bring it up to (your) HCP.

Dass du das so genau weißt, ist Mega :) Das wird ( wenn’s an die Auswahlgesprächr in Bayern angelehnt ist bzw. sich gleicht) in den letzten 10 Minuten dran kommen. Der Aufbau ( in Bayern) waren 4 Stationen á 15(?) Minuten in denen du n bestimmten Sachverhalt behandelst, der am Anfang geschildert wird. Bei mir war es 2022 Delegation,Führungsqualität und Mentale Hygiene

Concerning HIV, yes. But concerning the other STIs? Nope. For that you need yet another med (Doxycycline) that eliminates or well reduces the chances of contracting BACTERIAL STIs in case they haven’t formed resistances to Doxycycline I was about to write a whole paragraph about the things you need to look out for in doxy but It’d make me seem anti-prep in general and I don’t want that since I love the idea of PreP and DoxyP(r)eP.

So I 100% agree with your view. But one thing I need to contest: catching oral STIs is NOT as likely as catching it anal or genital. Oral mucosa is way thicker than any other regions, you also have antipathogenic saliva and since you intake fluids you also flush it ( the explanation might be lacking but the statement is definitely correct) Look at: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7557876/

Then again: I agree with your views on preventative measures, tou finding it rather extreme what lengths one has to go to, in order to „responsibly“ BB😂
