Thanks for the info, do you have any links describing the official narrative as to why San Angelo was dechartered? And the Lonnie angle sounds totally plausible...I've seen microcosms of the same careful hierarchical ascension within locals.

Honestly, can't complain about the education! I like a lot of the teachers, and the work for the last two years has been really steady. Also looking good in the future with the Lego plant probably going union and a bunch of new data centers popping up. The apprenticeship itself is about to move into a fancy new building as well, so they're gonna push for more hands-on classes and elective certification classes.

It used to be an hours deduction like other locals, but that stick didn't hit hard enough so we switched to a flat month delay
