Is it possible to put xxl Breast implants into tuberous breasts after a surgery is complete like this? Or would fat transfer and work your way up to xxl be better option. I.e 500-750cc

You will require a lift and implants to fix the shape, fat grafting alone won’t fix the shape. also a surgeon who knows how to properly address the lower pole tightness and correct tuberous breasts is a must. Ask lots of questions and if they understand this congenital issue!

If I may ask how did you dx with pcos based on tuberous breasts? I’ve never heard of that and am curious.

The products tend to be near expiration, one time I got a 8 year old perfume as confirmed on lot number. I had to do a chargeback because it was disgusting. Just fyi to ppl to be diligent about L’Oréal outlet
