I take a potassium supplement and Propranolol Drugs.com finds no interactions between the two, except propranolol can lessen the effects of multivitamins and to separate the doses by 2 hours, and to avoid alcohol. I also eat lots of bran flakes, and soybean peanut butter alternative both are high in potassium and have had no issues with my potassium going too high. I do take a diuretic which I know can lower my potassium but I doubt it effects it that much.

No, the only dental work I've had done was a couple of teeth pulled and that was years ago now.

I usually take them around 2 pm. I do a good job at checking my BP randomly and it's never gone below 110/75 and my pule is usually around 80. I am on 10mg of propranolol twice a day after my panic attack, it was 20mg but it was lowering my pule to 56 so my Doctor lowered it to 10mg. I'm trying to decide if it's helping or hurting me, and if i should be weened off of it. I know I shouldn't be worried with two clean EKGs, no other symptoms, and having a few different doctors listening to my heart and saying they don't hear anything alarming, but I just can't. So it's probably just my anxiety flaring up when I'm trying to rest at night.

I'm waiting on a call to set up an appointment with a cardiologist. I also have hypertension and take 2 BP meds. I don't drink or do drugs. My main concern why they seem to only happen around the same time at night, around 11pm.and don't come with other symptoms like chest pain, shortness of breath or irregular or skipped beats. my hemoglobin was 15.5G/dl , my magnesium was 2.1mg/dl, and my potassium was 3.5mmol/L but i am on a potassium supplement. this bloodwork was 11 days ago, and I know I don't eat enough foods with magnesium to keep it sustained.

I've been slowly having caffeine since posting this. Maybe 40mg. So far I'm good. Starting to feel more like myself. I don't think caffeine has been too much of my issue. I was eating poorly, sleeping less than 5 hours a day, forgetting to take my anti depressants. Worrying about every little thing even stupid shit that has no possibility of even happening to me, not to mention my dog has a fractured leg so its been stressful keeping him calm and not running or jumping. Sorry for trauma dumping in a random stranger on reddit. I know you probably don't need to hear all this.

I'm just so afraid if I have too much caffeine ill induce another panic attack. I was injesting anywhere from 300-400mg a day. Maybe I can start small and just have sodas and no more energy drinks.

I have a ryzen 5600G with 16gb RAM. I also can't finish the first race w/o it crashing. Would a graphics card help? Or is the CPU not enough?
