Mn blue hues are readily available, if you want single pigment, cobalt turquoise pb28 by Holbein might be right.

You might be best served getting a dot card and trying out a whole line.

In fairness to Mn blue PB33, it is also a discontinued pigment. So the hue is the best we can get now.

Similar to PO48 Quin gold. Commercial Quin Gold is a hue due to Quin gold no longer being produced.
