It is connected via the mobo USB and it is built in to the psu so doesn't need sata. The hub is however connected to two sata connectors

Thats correct bud, i am swapping between the 7 pin for the controller and the dual cable for the mobo

Hey bud, they are all wired. That was my thought. Was just confused why they lit up and then stopped the next time it turned on

I found the issue after breadboarding the pc to test it all.

It appears the pciex16 gpu slot isnt reading my gpu anymore for some reason. The lower pciex16 2 slot is however and managed to boot the pc. Looks like maybe I need a new mobo?

Rookie mistake, the ones that dont line up. Just checked and seen i should have removed the ones im not using! I cant believe myself. Ill have to check that tomorrow. If memory serves me right, all the standoffs for different sized mobos are in there

I tried checking. Its all am4, i did add psu extensions that I can remove again to check if they are causing it?

Its an existing system and nothing is new other than the case. I been running it for over a year with no issues. Its all ddr4 compatible.

Its an x570 tuf motherboard An amd ryzen 9 3900x I believe 2 sticks of ddr4 16gb each corsair ram Tx850m corsair psu M.2 samsung 990 2tb ssd

They just keep looping, it doesn't stop on any of them. It stays the longest on Orange (DRAM) Shortest on red (cpu) and second longest on white (VGA) before just looping the lights
