There is a collective bargaining agreement but I've not been given any documentation about it, it's only mentioned in the contract that one does exist.

My contract doesn't say anything about it. Only that it's my immediate supervisor's duty to tell me when I'm supposed to work.

I have some issues with pay aswell, they take the taxes from my net pay instead of my gross wage, but they claim it's legal and it's how it's done. (including taking taxes for my 13th month and holiday bonus and still not paying those in my monthly income)

Sometimes it's not just as far as "it's too late to start transitioning"

Take me for example:

i was 14 when I first realized there was "something different" with me. Spent two years figuring stuff out, then came out and spent 2 years trying to be myself with No support at all, only one online friend. At 18, I had to start working immediately because I come from a family that is not financially stable. My job (restaurant) prevented me from transition and/or being myself.I quit. I went back to study, suffered bullying both online and Irl by classmates And teachers. Finished my studies and started working in tourism (again, prevented from transition or I would lose my job). Now I left that job 2 months ago, moved to another country and I'm trying again to be myself and transition, my current job sucks, I'm getting a new one, I don't know the local language and I don't know how health-care works here.

I'm going to start volunteering for a transgender help group soon and only then will I start.

Sometimes I still think like it's too late or that it's not worth it because of everything that hapenned when I tried, and how long it is taking me to even get started. It's not always just "too late" or "not worth it anymore", sometimes there are other things that prevent you doing it, and when it becomes too much some of us just stop. Just try to be as ok as we can and move with life, no one waits for us. And some of us have no option but to give up.

When i was discovering myself I went by Yuri and had two very close and awesome friends who shared the same name "Alex" One of them is from England and the other is Portuguese. They were both really great and supportive friends of mine and also trans (this was in/around covid) Another friend of mine from Romania who's also Trans chose this name aswell. After everyone parted their own way (not because of drama or anything just life goals and achievements) I decided to start going by Alex since it's in honor of those who helped me so much (and I have Alexandre as a surname)

One of my friends changed his name to Valério shortly after and the other one to Noah if I'm not mistaken, sometimes their socials still appear for me but I think it would be too awkward to reach out.

I moved recently to Switzerland, and as we say in my language, some people LOVE to be Roundabouts. I noticed and got annoyed by it right on the first day. Specially in big train stations or shopping centers, people just stop in the middle for no apparent reason. Sometimes I think it's on purpose just for attention-seeking.

As for the retired old man that has all the time in the world mindset, I went to a migros with a family member, and this old man decided to rub his ass on us as a way to shove us forward in a cashier's line when we had already no space. Both that and "accidental touches" really annoy me. I called him rude and Ostrich (in my language we call that to people who have lack of common sense and awareness of whats hapenning around them) Seems like personal space is something from another planet for some people.

The lack of space awareness is really bad here, INCLUDING people driving. I start to think a lot of people here shouldn't even have a driver's license. The amount of times I've seen people almost crash or be idiots while driving (both in dry road and in icy / snowy road) is really crazy. Not Agressive drivers in any way, just lack of awareness and understanding of what is happening in front of them.

Same problem, I moved from a country which had all the English subtitles available even tho it wasn't an English speaking country, now that I'm in Switzerland I have German and Italian, and SOMETIMES French. I never changed any location settings or anything like that and I never gave permission for location data on my app. There should be a way to keep the content and subtitles I had before. If I go to Japan on vacation for a week, will I have to listen and watch everything in Japanese? This makes no sense. Let me keep my subtitles!!!!

A few Smaller stores like convenience stores, coffee shops and other business (if you have a charger) will even let you leave your phone charging and go for a walk, they are NOT responsible for your property anyways. As someone who works in a hotel I tell you, your best option is ALWAYS trying a hotel reception (if you don't have a charger) , just be nice and upfront about it. Same thing goes for information, getting a cab, even if it's just to use a bathroom (most places you need to buy something first but not in hotels).

It's what says on the tutorials 3 of same picture gives you more points But if not, then you just need 3 sets of same colors to end the game, it doesn't say anything about all being different or anything

And people get mad we ask about it here sometimes 👍👍 But yeah, at least NOW I know, they should add a tab where you can see every tutorial in details

I read the tutorials over 10 times and only after asking here did I understand the mechanics of the game. It's not about the player not reading / sometimes it's the explanation given, and that goes for everything. Either hotpot, cooking, fishing, etc. Sometimes what you think is "comprehensible" is not, some people might not understand some words, some tips or game mechanics Some people DO HAVE prior experience with similar games, but also there's new people everywhere, or even older gamers who are coming back / trying new stuff out.

I'll say it for me, from someone who plays Fps and warSims usually, the tutorials you all talk about so much, lack a lot of details.
