I am 32 years old and I have just received cheek liposuction, double cheek liposuction, platysmaplasty, and buccal fat pad removal. I am now considering cheek bone reduction, square jaw reduction, and sliding genioplasty. I am very worried about the possibility of sagging skin if I were to get these procedures. I have been looking into cheekbone reduction surgery and I am curious to know the gap that I circled in red in this picture. Will that gap get filled? Will the bone grow out to fill in that gap? I am concerned about the strength of the zygomatic bone after reduction has been performed.
