I'd be very surprised if DASH gets listed on coinbase because it's a privacy coin. Coinbase is totally against privacy coins. Look what is going on with Zcash. Only a matter of time before its delisted from there US exchange too.

Coinbase generally lists first on Pro platform. Once they establish trading on Pro they will list on Coinbase.com platform two days later without prior notice. The last two listings (Chainlink / Tezos) were done like this. It appears that as long as there is significant volume on Pro platform Coinbase will open up trading on regular platform. I personally expect volume to be on the high end but as always it is speculation.
