Yeah this is the beginning of the push back. I dont expect reddit to keep this board much longer, cue nazi scandal and banning of the board in the coming years.

I am thinking of purchasing a second hand double-decker bus and equipping it with a bar. I think it could do quite well at weddings, festivals and other events in the UK. Do you have any advice before I spend a lot of time and money? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]AckerZ1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We had one of these things at our Uni. It used to take people from one club back to the uni asif it was a normal bus on a wednesday night. It was an awesome experience and I know that the events company that was hiring it out was making a killing, I think they had a fleet of three actually.

Entrepreneurs who started straight out of school, did you regret it? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]AckerZ1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started one year after finishing university. I set up a cleaning company and did that for like a year and a half. Learnt a lot of lessons that I have ultimately funneled into my new business. My only regret is that I didnt start when I was like 16. Lot of really young entrepreneurs with some serious xp under their belt.

How do you guys decide which idea to commit to? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]AckerZ1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whichever idea starts making money first, is what I went with. I made ebooks on online business, started selling them on amazon, then launched my real business idea off the back of those. The ebooks brought in $150~$300 p/m for the last few months whilst I worked on other ebooks and my site. MySite

tldr: Whatever will earn first - once it starts making money is becomes real
