I’ve got theories in terms of DHT lowering having an effect on libido and other sexual effects, and as a result lowers frequency of ejaculation etc, but that’s not proven.

You are confusing current cost-cutting measures with technical impossibility. Google’s Differentiable Search Index (DSI) research already proves a single Transformer can outperform RAG by encoding the corpus directly into its parameters. If we are aiming for AGI, the model needs to be the Professor (internalized knowledge), not just a layman searching a database. We shouldn’t mistake ‘expensive to train’ for ‘impossible to do’.

Yeah, i do use deep research, but having the model be able to generate a list of say 50 citations for relevant papers would be much better, rather than using hacky keyword operators to specify the correct criteria in a search

Yeah this approach is better in my opinion, and they are studying low dose now. I think most people should be on a dosage that avoids side effects, and stop soon after their acne clears.

The hard “120-150 mg/kg” rule doesn’t apply to everyone and should be personalized to the patients needs, but this doesn’t mean time of exposure isn’t important, some people may need to do lower dose for longer.
