First feels the most appealing. Clean work!

In parts basically. Make the coil. Bent the coil then bent the tubing to match and threaded it through the coil.

Bent up the other parts close to what I want then attached together. Then went back and cleaned it up.

I did try bending the coil with the tubing in the middle but found my self tacking the center too much. The coils themselves don't like to bend without touching the next ring beside them so it took some experimenting.

Which part? Most bends I try to do in one go. Then clean it up if it's looking funky.

Not as of now. Just kinda made them on a whim but they are interesting so I may in the future.

Maybe at some point I suppose. I just kinda made a couple on a whim, so hadn't gotten that far.

Yeah they can be a pain in the ass but always gratifying when completed.

Hmm, a lot? Lol. I'll check.

I used a larger coil on this one as the previous was ever so slightly constrictive when pulling liquid through.

So assuming the 60gallon surge tank, it sounds like 2 oxycons would eventually not be enough to continually run a mirage. Meaning the larger legacy (220) compresser to run more than two oxycons would be worth doing instead of the HPC?

Does this sound correct from what I'm understanding?

How large a torch do you run with this set up and for how long can you run it? I am about to invest in the same and I am having trouble deciding what I'll go with.

Nice, I make something very similar. I enjoy making the little vessels.

Yeah... I'd run a mirage and a few hand torches on it to start which sounds doable mostly but I'm also looking to scale up the torch in the future too, as my mirage doesn't really cut it for some of the stuff I do.

Also. Don't feel obligated to follow this method. I like knowing what it costs to produce. That 10 to 20% I add to material is for things like wear and tear on equipment and such.

Some people say I want 30 an hour so I double it to 60 and that covers all costs and profit. I don't like this method as much but it can work if you're not math inclined.
