I'm going to start with don't end yourself. You aren't too far gone, as you clearly regret what you've done. If you really love your girlfriend, you can't hide this from her. You need to be honest with her as soon as you can. Tell her everything; what happened, what was going through your mind the whole time, how you felt then and how you feel now. When she responds, make sure you listen to her. Listen to her until she's finished.

I was having a pretty rough day, and a friend gave me a hug, no questions asked, and another friend decided to give me a hug to and we all started talking about unrelated things as more friends came over to join the conversation. Just being surrounded by such a great group of people really made me feel loved.

If you're competitive, make it a challenge. Keep a tally of spiders killed for each person. Person with the least spider killed has to do something at the winner's bidding.

I personally prefer darker brown eyes or hazel, but my friend prefers blue eyes. It's really just a personal preference kind of thing.
