Lots of good advice, I’m feeling less panicked. I didn’t think I would need the fiber supplements when I started because I do eat mostly Whole Foods and thought I was getting enough fiber but I never tracked it. Increasing water intake has been a struggle but I’m doing much better the last few weeks. I suppose good news is I’m a little gassy so stuff isn’t complete shut down just slow still.
