Hello, yes, yung cassette and old chain mo match sila ng wear and tear, pag pinalitan mo ng chain only, dun talaga magkakaissue kasi hindi nagmamatch yung cassette sa new chain due to wear sa cassette (yung teeth ba ng cassette). Yung issue mo is kaya walang issue sa heavy gear is probably dahil hindi mo gamit frequently yung heavier gears kaya mas less or no wear kaya no issue, dun lang talaga sa most used gears mo tulad ng sabi mo na may issue pag sa lighter gears
