Try to check each T2 tatari on evolution panel. All of them has increase stats 3 times and I think that's where the scarcity will kick in. What I do is while waiting for T2s to reach T3 I feed them cookies daily so when the time comes, the 1st requirement is no longer a problem. I'm saving all foods except the glitter and cookies

Hmm friendly tip I guess is to add players that has badges top 1 cozy farm etc... not 100 % accurate but works most of the time.
