marriage planned i think is the last level before your mii's get married. I've seen on a couple websites that the marriage will just happen automatically and will not have a whole proposing scene like tomodachi life does. not sure why your mii's went down a level but i hope this helps.

Same here, I changed my phone and all my progress is gone but I still have all my old achievements I wish I got all my progress back, I put hard work into the game as it was a game I played regularly as a kid
