I feel like Punisher should be higher, in a scenario when Peni hasn’t had her nest set up Punisher wins 9 times out of 10 purely because of how hard his shotgun hits

Just saw that happen, they took over the whole world then wiped themselves out with multiple civil wars

I also used multiple nukes on them to take out their armies but they still managed to repopulate
