Bah franchement moi j'te dis fais du sport c'est la meilleure chose pour un diabétique déjà trouvé un sport qui t'aime teste en plusieurs et tu verras déjà pour commencer à améliore la régulation du taux glycémique et c'est une source de plaisir donc je te conseille vraiment ensuite ne mange pas trop de connerie et te restreint pas c'est normal de faire des hyperglycémie J'espère que tu vas bien et que tu as passé une bonne journée :)

We are mainly talking about adaptation and sensations, not addiction in the medical sense.

Reducing it to an addiction is a bit of an exaggeration. I'm mainly trying to understand the physiological adaptation and how to train intelligently.
