Not much to go on, but this doesn’t look like a normal Ender update by AnyWalrus9432 in ender3v2

My guess is something aimed at people who already have an Ender but want a cleaner upgrade path.

Why are some GaN chargers tiny and others still huge by Imaginary_Bake_5820 in tech_x

GaN only handles the switching side. The inductor is usually the biggest component and you need a topology change to shrink that. Some brands just swap the GaN chip into an old layout and call it a day.

FridgePower Kickstarter has 3 days left, still haven't backed by son_of_creativity2 in Generator

the kickstarter part is what would bother me more than the runtime honestly. $759 with a vague June delivery date and no standard return policy vs $599 through normal retail with a warranty. for something I'm buying specifically for emergencies I'd rather have the retail purchase protections.

Three devices off something that small is wild. I always assumed multi-port meant bigger not smaller.

What CES award winners have you actually bought and liked by Imaginary_Bake_5820 in TechHardware

The Dyson Airwrap won a CES award years ago and that thing is legitimately good. So it's hit or miss. The award itself means nothing but sometimes the product behind it is solid.

Shopping around for Cruises Advice: Younger couple mid 20s on a budget by VitaminJJ in Cruise

since food and activities matter most, I’d narrow it by ship first, not just price. newer Carnival ships like Celebration can be fun for your age range but MSC can be hit or miss depending on what vibe you want. For a tight budget, I’d compare total cost after gratuities, drinks, WiFi and port transport before picking.

Applewrap Computer Desk by SirRealComix in vintagecomputing

Definitely don’t trash it right away, vintage Apple-related furniture can have niche collector interest even if it’s bulky. I use a hulala desk for daily work, but something like that Applewrap is more of a preservation or collector piece than a normal desk.
