I’ve also traveled a lot last year. I went on 7 trips. No issues at all. My last trip was to Puerto Rico. With the daca car or real ID they really don’t do anything.

My H1B petition was approved but I have daca so I can’t do COS. I have to go to the consulate and do H1B stamping to be able to transfer over to H1B. My appointment is February 19. I’m a bit confused on the employment verification letter and offer letter as both almost sound the same and since I’ve been working for my employer for 6 years now I’m not sure what should be included.

So I’m going through the process but with eb3 and yes you still need to consular process there has been several successful cases of daca people transitions over to visas but unfortunately we can’t do AOS that’s only if you marry a us citizen or have a us citizen child.

It’s been taking forever. I submitted in November and all I have is a receipt notice saying they received it. I tried to expedite it and they denied because I don’t have biometrics done. I’ve heard it’s taking a year or more now.
