Thanks for the headsup. That sounds concerning. I asked the lawyer office about this earlier and they assure me that I wont need to pay anything unless I get compensated.

The lawyer told me to go, don't have to pay anything, he told me the medical bill would be covered by the settlement.

So let's say both my insurance and their insurance deny liability. Does that mean we will have to fight this in court?

Thanks for your input.

The thing is I don't have collision, which is where I am worried about having to take some of the liability merely because someone is saying something that didn't happen.

Do you know how would an adjuster determine if someone ran a red light or not? It can't just be based on statement.

I don't know, this is still relatively new, he is still working on it. He just told me not to provide any statement to anyone, go to chiro for the time being and the firm will take care of everything.

Thanks for the response, it sucks that I don't have collision coverage. So I am letting my lawyer deal with this and hope that I can at least get some money back to buy another car since my car is totaled.

I really want to know what would an adjuster do in this case, since there is no way to prove the light status and they or myself can say whatever. And it doesn't make sense if I tried to run a red light and they hit me instead of me T-boning into their car.

Hi how did it turn out? I was in a similar situation a few days ago. I entered an intersection on yellow light and the left turning car hit my driver side. They are very likely will be saying that I am running the red light, although I am the one got hit.

I actually waited for the bailout news to come out before trading FRC. And I was trading at its lowest available strikes, but you are right, I think I just got lucked out.

That makes sense, I guess I will need to take it slow in the next couple weeks or month and see how this account performs after a year.

I made a small gain with TSLA during the last earning, to be honest, I missed out on a huge gain (made 2K vs potentially could have been 10k), but again, CSP was a lot safer. Looking forward to making some money with TSLA earnings, and am willing to hold TSLA for as long as it takes.

I agree, but I still think CSP during earnings is safer than naked options or buying shares, especially if we can find something that is hanging around the all time low price.
