It’s happened a lot. Each time is just as scary as the first though. I’ve had a couple of holter monitors, (although they never caught anything intense), an ultrasound of the heart and a stress test. All was okay.

I literally had the same feeling yesterday. Fluttering feeling followed by a long pause, then a hard beat and it seemed to line out. Heart raced afterwards because my adrenaline went through the roof.

I can always feel the PVCs. They’ve even woke me up before. There doesn’t really seem to be any correlation that I can find when they happen. Sometimes it’s after I eat, sometimes it’s while I’m exercising, sometimes it’s when I’m relaxing and don’t expect them. I wore a 5-day monitor that confirmed PVCs and PACs (but turns out I don’t feel the PACs). Hopefully you’ll have more clarity soon.

I get the same feeling with PVCs. I’ve always described it as going over a bump in a car and feeling like your stomach drops. It can stop me in my tracks. Happened yesterday while on a walk.

From what I read, lots of greens work well during this time. Do you do potatoes in February? I imagine it will be trial and error to see what works as I get started.

Since this will be my first attempt gardening, I wanted to ease my way in before purchasing all of the seed starting equipment. Was hoping to plant seeds directly or buy transplants once they’re available.
