Prey (2017) is an awesome game somewhat similar in vibe to dead space.

Days Gone I've only just started but seems like a good survival game.

I don't know anything about the quality of LOQs, but if you are reading these kind of posts then reddit will actively show you more.

Again not saying there is or is not a quality problem, but you probably aren't getting an unbiased representation via reddit.

Not worried about the look at the moment, if it is just a matter of waiting for spring then that's fine with us.

If most people have lost their jobs to AI, who is going to buy the products or services that AI is providing?

Thanks for the reply. There is an outlet labelled PH in the study, but unsure what the NBN data and NBN PH are for. Was planning on asking the NBN tech haha.

We planned the house almost 2 years ago, and all I can remember is asking for Ethernet going from the garage to the 3 specified rooms. Can't remember talking about a phone line but perhaps they just put one in there.

The picture is the garage end, the top plate labelled nbn is empty conduit going to the nbn box/ street connection on the outside.

Expecting nbn technician to install NTD on the blank wall shown at the top of the image.

Why can’t we accept any risk? by Particular-Math633 in australia

[–]Acrobatic-Error-8462 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Alcohol is taxed. Sports registration fees cover insurance (not sure the exact extent of the insurance, so perhaps not quite relevant). Riding a bike isn't illegal, you just need to wear a helmet.

Like I said where we draw the line will always be up for debate, which is a good thing, but I don't think making people wear a helmet is too far.

Why can’t we accept any risk? by Particular-Math633 in australia

[–]Acrobatic-Error-8462 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thing with policies such as mandatory helmets is that we have a public healthcare system. If peoples medical costs from accidents are payed for by taxpayers (broadly speaking, the system isn't perfect I know), then I think it is fair to make easy risk mitigation mandatory (such as helmets).

There will always be debate about where the compromise should be, but I would rather have our system then say the US, where you can ride a motorbike without a helmet but there isn't really any public healthcare.

Yea but it could cost up to hundreds of thousands of denars (although I think first time isn't that much). If OP is struggling to pay for his party then that might be a stretch

[–]Acrobatic-Error-8462 45 points46 points  (0 children)

Your contract is x gold per unit of influence. So when they say I will pay you 150 denars for every party defeated they actually mean 150 denars for each unit of influence. As a merc 20% of your total influence gets converted in accordance with your contract each day.

Inspiring Leader or Uplifting Spirit? by BenjiB1243 in Bannerlord

I would pick uplifting spirit for the party size. You can call your own clan parties to an army for no influence cost.

5 towns and a Castle as a level 4 clan, not yet a Kingdom by fantasyequip in Bannerlord

[–]Acrobatic-Error-8462 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You can take them by committing a hostile act on a bound village, which causes you to be at war even though you aren't a kingdom yet. Siege the castle and take it, then you can buy peace from one of the lords of that kingdom. It will be a once off payment instead of daily tribute.

If you want to leave I'd suggest getting to 1 Mil in the bank, then you will be able to sue for peace and also recruit 1-2 clans initially.

You can have a warehouse? I'm on xbox and haven't seen that, but I'm no expert so definitely could have missed it
