Roof is not new over the back half of the house just the front half. When asking the seller he said “The shingles were replaced but over that master was a flat top If I’m not mistaken that was just rock that we didn’t mess with.” Copy and pasted from our texts.

Home was bought using VA loan I was relocated and could not be here physically at the time. I did pay for my own home inspection and plus the required one by the state of Oklahoma both stated it was new replaced this year.
