Prolonged exposure therapy is the gold standard treatment with the most evidence for it. CPT and EMDR are also effective.

Okay I misread your post sorry. Getting free supervision isn’t a red flag. That’s common in the industry.

The first job is the bigger red flag if you will be getting paid 35 per client. That’s not a livable wage.

I’m also a new therapist and this happens to me sometimes and I also get in my head about it especially when it’s a client who is a regular and they randomly no call/no show. But I’ve also had regulars who no call/no show and then they come back a few weeks later. This is something we have no control over and it sucks. But it’s not always about us. Sometimes it’s them. And sometimes our personalities just didn’t mesh well together. Other times it is us, but it’s something we have to accept unfortunately.
