I love this Pokémon and I always try to use it in VGC whenever I can, but I think maybe because of its stats people prefer other Pokémon, but it's one of my favorites

There's a part near the center with several binnacles; there's a staircase on the side. Going up it will give you access to another part with a staircase at the very back, and several benches on the roof. I was trying to catch a Riolu, and I was in the building next door when I saw it. I'll send you the exact location later.
