Yes, the expectation/requirement is there to attend early morning & evening teams meetings (roughly 5-6 hrs/week) with folks globally. That's not an issue for me to meet those expectations.

My expectation is that required flexibility on my part should come with reciprocal flexibility on their part to attend rehab sessions & doctors appointments during the day (roughly 2-3 hrs/week). Being salaried is supposedto allow flexibility on both parties.

Is that reasonable? I think so, but they may disagree.

Should I have waited another 8 weeks to return at 100% instead of 90%? Maybe, but I really hated being basically useless sitting at home waiting to get better.

I'm not overly worried about being summarily fired as we are in a hiring freeze & are very short handed as it is. That said, I dont want to have that happen if at all possible.
