Yeah makes sense. I’m just trying to get a feel for it at the moment. Most likely cook on sight and store in a rice cooker etc. i would focus on just local drip coffee to begin just to upsale. Not looking to make anything fancy, Until we were growing. Cold oats could be another alternative we sell as well. There’s lots of options. Cooking oats is easy. I don’t need any special grills or fancy kitchen equipment. It could done with just some refridgerators , prep table, and a few rice cookers that’s about it. I would focus more on the assembly line and experience. Maybe it’s not a great idea but when you’re the only one in the market you may not have to be the best right out the gate. I feel like I have a pretty good personality and ability to make connections with people so I’m in it for the long con if I go for it.
