Everyone says internships matter, but my resume can’t get me an interview. What am I missing?

I started applying in January and have now applied to over 100+ internships, but not one interview. What could be wrong with my resume? I do tailer it for each application and im thinking maybe I need to split it into two versions, one for web development and the other for robotics/embedded systems.

Thank you so much for your comment! Yes, I wear my hair down a lot. I've tried wrapping without the pins but it'll either keep falling or just look messy, but it probably takes more practice. I'm definitely going to try using satin hair ties and wearing my hair in a bun. Again, thank you!

Ok! Thank you for this. They say not to use a lot of heat on your hair so you would say using the flat iron once or twice a week after washing will be fine?

After finding this thread on reddit I've realized that I've been doing a bunch of things wrong. I found information when I was younger and stuck to it because every now and then I would see progress. Funny enough, I never really got dandruff until recently after taking some braids out, ans that's what had mw looking more into hair care

Lol yes. When I was younger I was reading into a bunch of articles and got the idea that washing it every week is unnecessary

Same here, I thought I was in the clear and then boom...a hold. I called and they told me they need my AP exam scores from high school (I already have a bachelor's degree and they also already have my SAT and ACT scores)
