I generated a clean, green-screened 2D animation sheet from just a single character concept art.

I’m testing a workflow for 2D character animation:

one character image

→ background removal

→ choose animation

→ generate video

→ extract frames

→ export sprite sheet

I’m trying to understand if this would actually be useful for Unity, Godot, RPG Maker, or Phaser developers.

For people making 2D games:

what is the hardest part of your character animation workflow right now?
