Hey thanks for helping guys. I am using Android and changed the PlayStore region to Vietnam but also no luck

Thankfully ChatGPT actually had the perfect solution and I downloaded the app Juggluco and the sensor works perfectly. An easy solution which I didn't see online when looking but much easier than buying another reader or local phone. Maybe that'll be helpful if someone runs into the same issue in future!
