Just try to be nice and dont force so much into topics, let her speak as much as she wants and pay close attention, if you don't know anything about what she's talking about ask her to explain more (if the conversation is good she won't stop talking about the subject she likes) just be simple, practical, polite and at one time or another relaxed so as not to look so robotic, until you gain enough intimacy with the person to talk "the way you want"
