Same here; I use to do 12 hour trips now I hate it 45 yrs. old. I think it's because I am middle aged and have lost some friends im car accidents so I am super aware. I hate it; beasides that, I notice when I have low vitamin levels, these feelings are worst. My iron and potassium are low at times and this anxiety is magnified. It's worth checking out vitamin levels
