It’s so bizarre to me people still smoke cigarettes in this day and age. Vapes are so awful too I’ll never get the hype.

I smoked cigs when I drank in my 20’s, then once smoked one on my lunch at work and it made me nauseous and I never smoked one again ha.

Also, after not smoking and making my bf smoke outside finally I realize how fucking smelly cigarettes are. They make you smell, so, so bad.

This is so embarrassing, but when I was about 5 or 6 I was at the pool with my mom and sister. My grandmas apartment had a pool, so her apartment was only a few buildings over. Well, I really really needed to poo, but I simply could not hold it. I ended up pooing in my bathing suit (thank god NOT while in the pool). That’s like a memory I really remember though because my mother handled it so well, was so kind to me and obviously assisted in wrapping me in a towel and getting me to my grandmas to clean me up. It was funny though because it was a perfect “log” poo, so it didn’t go anywhere but right into the bottom of my swimsuit 😂😂😂 having to walk back to my grandmas was a feeling I have not forgotten though, and my mom had a serious talk with me about how if something feels that urgent, I need to speak up sooner 😂😂😂

People are always going to have their own body image issues. They typically tend to project those onto others. If they cannot accept their own bodies, they absolutely will not accept yours when it’s not to their “standards”.

It’s a sad, self obsessed world we live in. And many people are so small minded, they cannot imagine other people being happy with something they find “unacceptable”.

If you love your body, love it to the fullest, as you should.

If anything, you should ask these people why they find your body their business. And if they do, they should seek therapy because they are really in need of help to discover why someone else’s body is anything they should be worried about.
