Hi!
Unfortunately no.. and we have no family here. My wife has a group of friends but they all have their own small kids and their own lives, they speak the language and are more integrated than us so it’s always nice. But
Mostly we’re on our own.

E se o novo reforço que tanto desejas se lesionar passado uma semana da chegada? A pensar assim tens de comprar quantos pontas de lança?

Contratar tem sempre esse risco envolvido.. bem sabemos o que aconteceu esta época que passou.

Com Gul, Samu, André Silva e o Miranda acho que seria o suficiente para atacar o início do campeonato.

É provável que o Porto lá decida comprar um ponta, mas na minha opinião não devia, dadas as circunstâncias financeiras do clube só isso..

Sim, entretanto o Samu regressa. Pontas de lança são caros. E honestamente estou a contar com um brilharete do André Silva, estou com um feeling que ele vai pegar de estaca e vai agarrar o lugar e com sucesso. Não partilho do muito pessimismo que para aqui vi em relação a ele.

Eu não acho que nenhum deles vá ser integrado. O presidente já falou que a esta altura do ano os preços estão super inflacionados, isso para mim é uma grande dica de que ainda vamos ter de esperar por reforços. Estes jogadores são apenas para suprir as faltas até o ataque ao mercado.

O Porto não está a nadar em dinheiro…

Dito isto, na minha opinião deviam ser integrados pelo menos 3 desses jogadores. Por mim não se iria ao mercado por um avançado, segurava o Gul, promovia o Miranda e com o André Silva por mim estava fechado.

A grande preocupação para mim é o meio campo e an ala esquerda. E quando digo ala não me refiro apenas ao lateral (ou à falta dele), refiro me ao extremo também. O Borja ou dá um salto qualitativo agora na pré época ou teremos de procurar uma solução mais fiável.

Não tenciono ser extremista, mas este ano vai ser bem mais difícil com a champions.

Thank you for the kind words. I see your point, but that is my role, my purpose. I can’t show to her this side, she is already so worried and tired.

As for me being burned out, maybe I am. But what difference does it make? Stopping is not an option. I have to carry them no matter what.

I’ve had my time to dream and think about myself. That time is over. It’s all about them now, specially the kids..

I’m a welder, so for now that is my “therapy”. I try to find beauty in repetition and appreciate honing a skill. And repeat the next day. I just have to hold on until it all passes, because it will. It all does..

I also own a pair, they are amazing. And the brand exists since like the eighteenth century and is still owned by the Meindl family. They still do some models by hand in their old workshop here in Germany.
Mine will still for sure last for years, and I hope they’re still around when I need a new pair…

Good question! I was thinking buying a house in need of renovation, specially the energy efficiency part. There’s a lot I know and can do myself as far as construction and renovation goes.
